WFH Cardiology Mortality and Morbidity Conference

Location: West Florida Hospital Fiscal Conference/Board Room Objectives: Upon the conclusion,the participants should be able to: 1. DEMONSTRATE a consistency of purpose to deliver the highest standard of quality patient care within available resources & consistent with achievable goals; 2) DEFINE the objectives, organization, scope and mechanisms for overseeing the effectiveness of the planning, measurement, assessment and improvement activities for cardiology outcomes; 3) OUTLINE a framework for the planning, direction, coordination, provision and improvement in health care services and outcomes in response to community and patient needs; 4) EMPLOY knowledge from cardiology outcomes whether occurring at WFH or other organizations into performance improvement process.
