SHH Pediatric Grand Rounds

At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) DISCUSS patient care needs; 2) DEVELOP patient centered care initiatives to further enhance the safety and well being of our patients; 3) IDENTIFY community resources available to effectively and efficiently achieve the most desired patient outcomes; 4) COLLABORATE and COMBINE resources to provide care to children throughout the entire Northwest Florida & South Alabama Region; 5) NETWORK and COMMUNICATE needs and opportunities that exist throughout the region including assisting outlying providers in the care & appropriate transfer of pediatric patients.
