Achieving Longer Healthier Lives: Are We on the Right Track?
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) REVIEW factors that affect quality-adjusted life expectancy; 2) ASSESS the role of factors originating outside the health care system; 3) CHALLENGE the productivity of the mechanistic model of biomedical research. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
