As a result of attending this session, participants should be able to: 1) DISCUSS student performance in internal medicine year-to-date; 2) DISCUSS implications of students choosing AFM v. AIM; 3) PROVIDE feedback on student evaluation form as a result of the change to a competency-based curriculum; 4) BEGIN discussion and importance of succession planning. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
