Surgery Education Directors Meeting
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1)DISCUSS the outcome measures of student performance at the COM; 2)DISCUSS how the students evaluate faculty; 3)IDENTIFY what a competency-based curriculum is, and how it can be used; 4)RECALL the level of student participation desired and procedures done; 5)BE FAMILIAR with the required student evidence-based paper; 6)OFFER any suggestions for improvement of the course 7)RAISE other pertinent issues. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
