At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) DISCUSS the role of preceptors in observing and giving feedback to students as they perform required procedures and examine required diagnoses; 2) DISCUSS and REVIEW the changes made to the syllabus as they pertain to required procedures and student project; 3) PROVIDE feedback on student evaluation form as a result of the change to a competency-based curriculum. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
