

At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) RECOGNIZE that medical education is a continuum from undergraduate to graduate to postgraduate, life-long learning; 2) IDENTIFY key components of the ACGME's Next Accreditation System and Clinical Learning Environment Reviews; 3) IMPLEMENT changes required in the clinical learning environment to achieve and maintain accreditation of the residency programs and improve patient outcomes.
