1. The participant should be able to:

1) DISCUSS how she/he uses the Likert scale to evaluate students; 2) DISCUSS the importance of specific student feedback; 3) DESCRIBE new strategies for increasing student exposure to the hospitalized newborn; 4) DISCUSS the new requirements for writing letters of recommendation for students; 5) SHARE teaching successes and challenges. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
