At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) DESCRIBE characteristics of effective clinical teachers; 2) ACQUIRE ideas for clinical teaching from a panel of peer teacher colleagues; 3) SPECIFY something they will try or improve upon by using ideas presented by the peer panel; 4) REFLECT on their teaching as a way to facilitate continuous teaching effectiveness. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
