At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:

1) DISCUSS student performance in Psychiatry year-to-date; 2) DISCUSS and REVIEW the changes made to the Syllabus; 3) PROVIDE feedback on student evaluation form as a result of the change to a competency-based curriculum. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
