Objectives: 1. understand sign, symptoms and disease association present in patients with Celiac Disease; 2. understand the benefits and limitations of the various serologic tests to diagnose Celiac Disease; 3. To better understand the senetics and immunologic mechanisms operating in patients with celiac disease.
