Internal Medicine Educational Meeting for Clerkship Faculty
At the conclusion, the participant should be able to:
1) REPORT how 3rd and 4th year students have done in Internal Medicine clerkships; 2) DISCUSS updates to 3rd and 4th year IM/AIM clerkships; 3) IMPLEMENT teaching strategies and opportunities that allow students to successfully accomplish the clinical learning objectives for the 3rd and 4th year curriculum; 4) DESCRIBE and IMPLEMENT strategies for conducting formative and final evaluations with the student; 5) DISCUSS implications of moving to a competency-based student evaluation system. Questions and answers will allow for audience participation.
