1. Define Cardiovascular Health (CVH) Participants will be able to clearly define cardiovascular health and explain its importance in preventing cardiovascular disease and maintaining overall well-being.
2. Identify Key Metrics for Cardiovascular Health Participants will understand the key metrics used to assess cardiovascular health.
3. Explain the Relationship Between CVH Metrics and Cardiovascular Disease Outcomes Attendees will be able to explain how the CVH metrics aggregate correlates with the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and other related health conditions.
4. Explain the Impact of Suboptimal CVH on Long-term Health Attendees will understand how deviations from ideal CVH, increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other chronic conditions.
5. Identify Strategies for Achieving and Maintaining Ideal CVH.
6. Describe evidence-based strategies and lifestyle changes, that promote and maintain ideal cardiovascular health.
