Co-occurring Disorders with Substance Abuse
This session address gaps in disorders that co-occur with substance abuse. By end of session, learners will:
DEFINE co-occurring disorders.
DISCUSS the prevalence and risk factors for co-occurring disorders.
IDENTIFY and ASSESS needs for care and services related to co-occurring disorders.
EVALUATE each individual patient and REFER when appropriate.
