MUSM Clinical Faculty Development Series

1. Teach and evaluate Mercer students according to the Mercer MD Year 3 Program and Clerkship learning objectives. 2. Provide effective feedback to medical students about their clinical skills for patient care in the clerkship. 3. Apply the honors grading system for student evaluation according to the standards set by their clerkship. 4. Review each clerkship annually and propose modifications to clerkship learning objectives and outcomes measures. 5. Review student feedback annually concerning the clinical learning environment. 6. Review updates on accreditation status and process preparation. 7. Review and monitor duty hours, numbers and kinds, and timeliness of student grade release. 8. Review campus comparability data on student outcomes. 9. Review student feedback concerning the clinical learning environment and recommend changes to the Curriculum and Instruction Committee to enhance the clinical learning environment.
