Voice, GERD and SLN Block

To discuss laryngeal inflammation and hypersensitivity causing symptoms of globus, chronic cough or VCD (which are frequent reasons for referral to the general ENT) and potential treatment options. The participant will be be able to : 1. Describe the relationship between the anatomy and physiology of voice creation. 2. Recognize the effects of GERD on the vocal folds and the appropriate recommendations. 3. Describe the anatomy for the SLN block and the appropriate patient selection.
