A panel of rhinologists and allergists will discuss the current understanding of the pathophysiology of sinonasal polyps and how that has led to current recommendations about medical and surgical options. After attending, participants will be able to: 1. Discuss the pathophysiology of sinonasal polyps 2. List current treatment paradigms for medical and/or surgical intervention 3. Describe the role of biologics and choosing the right biologic for different patient populations
