Discuss serious safety events and strategies to improve outcomes. Outline Covid-19 challenges and statuses in staffing and policies/procedures. Discuss strategic direction under new leadership for the Destin, Port Saint Joe and Bay markets. Develop plan for catching up elective surgeries and diagnostic procedures in the midst of Covid-19. Discuss quality improvement and infection rates and report on root cause analysis results for infections and SSEs. Endorse communication policy for physicians.
