IDENTIFY various categories of disease information, to include etiology, pathophysiology, incidence and prevalence, presentation, diagnosis, treatment, etc.; 2) IDENTIFY  the depth of information in each disease resource; 3) IDENTIFY if a resource is constantly updated versus only updated when new “editions” are published; 4) IDENTIFY online and mobile resources for the following: Differential Diagnosis, Disease Quick References, Calculators, Coding, Laboratory resources Skills:

1) USE online and mobile resources to determine a differential diagnosis; 2) USE online and mobile resources to find disease information; 3) USE online and mobile resources to find ICD-9/10 codes; 4) USE online and mobile Calculators; 5) LOCATE laboratory information. Attitudes:

1) USE electronic information at point of care and regular electronic alerts/news as a method for keeping up to date; 2) MODEL the use of the library resources in your practice to keep up to date is one of the greatest things you can do while teaching FSU College of Medicine medical students.
